What is three pillars of health? 

It is appropriate diet, lifestyle and stress management.  Rumi once said ‘if all you can do is crawl – start crawling‘.  It is never to late to start eating well, changing the lifestyle or learning – how to release stress, to stop running ourselves ragged. As long as we can make changes, there’s HOPE.

There’s no such thing as ‘perfect health’. There’s only – becoming aware of our challenges or problematic areas and learning how best to manage them. We can start simply. Begin with ONE area of life. For example, increase the nourishing aspects and cut out fast food – see what the effects are – after getting comfortable with this we can make adjustments in other areas.

I’m going to share theoretical information, practical advices, opinions and facts from Eastern Medicine, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Yoga. We’ll learn how to listen to the body, how to slow down, kick back, chill out, eat healthy. We’ll learn to surrender to the pace of the body. We’ll learn that all our body wants is TO LIVE. How ironic… that it takes a courage to live the lives we want to live.

You are probably wondering ‘How long does it takes to see the change?’ There’s no set rule of course. A month or two can be enough time. So let’s start learning and changing…
